Ronda, a West Virginia native, attended Marshall University and has over 24 year’s experience in long-term care. She has worked in admissions, marketing, and case management. She has been with Bear Creek Nursing Center for 13 years and enjoys working with the elderly. Ronda has one daughter and one granddaughter. In her spare time, she enjoys yoga, walking on the beach, and spending time with her family.
